Shipping Terms

Our goal is to ship your complete order as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow 1 to 2 business days to receive goods from the factory to our warehouse. We need 24 to 48 hours to process your order before it is delivered to the shipping units. Please be mindful of peak shopping seasons and sale events that could also impact processing times. We will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the entire fulfillment process.

Below are the approximate shipping times for your reference (including time to receive, processing time, and shipping time).

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 1-2 weeks after purchase.

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

We provide tracking numbers for every order that we send out. While we will do our best to help, we are not responsible for carrier/delivery issues. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered and you cannot locate your package in your mailbox, please contact your local post office or carrier center with your tracking number for all inquiries on missing deliveries. We assure you, your order is in the package when we send it.

FAQs

Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@safepowersystem.com as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

How do I know if my payment has been received?

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order.

Do you provide an invoice?

Yes. Once we have received an order and payment has been cleared, the invoice will be sent to you via email

If i would like to make a gift purchase. Can you send my purchase to a different address ?

Yes we can send your order to a different address.

How can i track my shipment?

Once we ship out your order, you should receive a shipment confirmation number within 24-48 hours through email to track your order

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

*If you’ve just received a shipment notification, please allow 1 to 2 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the courier’s system.
